My favorite quote from my favorite author/philosopher. It’s one of Camus’ earliest defiance of nihilism and acceptance of freedom. It is facing me (was told this was unusual), but I personally wanted to be able to read it and serve as a reminder to never give up.
Done at Foundation Tattoo in Modesto, CA. Walked in knowing what I wanted as far as font/placement/etc. and the guys in the shop were very helpful as far as making slight adjustments to ensure it healed and looked it’s best.
First tattoo and I love it. Can’t wait to get more.
The intensity of authenticity.
I'm obsessed with buying movies, because it's something that makes me happy, just like dietmountaindew, Sarah Dessen books, and kittens. My mind is a mass of blood and lust. There is darkness, and there is peace and there is joy and there is calmstormcalm. I will open up my brain, so that you can pick it apart and mesh it with your opinions to make it okay. I am dirty and I am torn and I am broken. But glass is always prettier when it is shattered. So here is the beauty, love and the mess of thoughts that will come along for the ride.
